The website introduces the company, services, engineering concepts, educational content and enquiry/site-survey channels. Website content is not an engineering design, calculation sheet, quotation or binding offer unless issued separately by the company.

Information about system size, production, savings, electricity cost, head, flow, battery capacity, charger power or returns is explanatory or preliminary unless expressly stated to be project-specific.

Actual outcomes depend on site conditions, usage patterns, weather, shading, electrical infrastructure, water source, pipe distance, tariffs, equipment and project requirements.

Selecting “Book a Free Site Survey” or submitting a form is a request for the team to contact you. It does not confirm project acceptance, price, installation date or commercial terms.

Enquiry channels are available 24 hours, but this does not guarantee a response or site attendance within 24 hours unless a project-specific SLA is confirmed in writing.

Price, scope, equipment models, timeline, warranties and service conditions are governed by the documents issued and agreed for that project, not by general website copy.

Panel, inverter, battery, pump, EV charger and workmanship warranties may have different providers, periods, conditions and exclusions. Review the exact product documents and quotation before deciding.

Text, design, graphics, marks and media owned or licensed by the company are protected under applicable law. Commercial reuse, modification or republication without permission is prohibited unless permitted by law.

The website may link to LINE, Google Maps or manufacturer/partner sites. The company does not control the content, availability or privacy practices of those services.

To the extent permitted by law, the company is not responsible for investment or design decisions made by using general website information as a substitute for site survey, engineering design or project-specific documentation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. If a dispute arises, the parties should first attempt to resolve it through communication before exercising available legal rights.
